May 22–25, 2025 El Camaleón Golf Course hosted the first LPGA tournament in Mexico since 2017 with a landmark tournament in Riviera Maya that crowned Japanese rookie Chisato Iwai. The first and only course in the world to host PGA TOUR, LIV Golf, LPGA, AJGA and LACC events, El Camaleón Golf Course has long served as a catalyst for propelling the sport of golf within Mexico and has been recognized as one of the country’s top courses by Golf Digest.
